Tandem is free for individual CSMs. There is no credit card, no trial period, and no paywall for any current feature.
What's free
Everything currently in Tandem is free:
- Unlimited plans
- Sharing plans with customers
- HubSpot integration
- AI features (subject to daily limits)
- Claude.ai connector
Daily AI limits
AI features have per-day limits to keep the service sustainable. See AI features for the current limits.
Future pricing
Tandem may introduce paid plans in future for teams or enterprise customers. Individual CSMs will remain free. Any pricing changes will be communicated well in advance.
