How to contact us
Tandem is a solo-operated product, so we keep support async and email-based. We read everything and aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
The best way to get help
Start with the docs. Most questions about plans, integrations, and features are already answered here. Use the search in the sidebar, or browse the categories on the docs home page.
If the docs don't have what you need, use the Get help page in the app to send us a message. It's at app/help and surfaces relevant docs alongside a contact form.
Contact form
The contact form at /app/help lets you:
- Ask for help with a specific feature or workflow
- Report a bug (with optional diagnostic info)
- Share feedback or feature ideas
When you submit, we save your message and send ourselves an email with your reply-to set to your account email. Hit reply in the email, and it goes straight to you.
Direct email
If you prefer to skip the form, email us directly at support@tandemplan.xyz.
What to include in a bug report
Good bug reports help us fix issues faster. Include:
- What you were trying to do — the action or feature
- What happened — the exact error or unexpected behaviour
- What you expected — what should have happened
- Steps to reproduce — so we can see it ourselves
- Browser and OS — e.g. Chrome on macOS 14
The "Include diagnostic info" checkbox on the contact form automatically attaches your browser, viewport, and current page — useful for most issues.
Response times
We typically reply within 1–2 business days. We don't have support SLAs or guaranteed response windows — this is a small product built by one person, and we want to set honest expectations.
If you have an urgent issue (e.g. locked out of your account, data access problem), include "urgent" in your subject line and we'll prioritise it.
Privacy and your messages
Support messages are stored in our database and used only to respond to your inquiry. We don't share them with third parties beyond Resend (our email provider). Messages are retained for 12 months and then deleted, unless there is an ongoing issue that requires the history.
See our privacy policy for the full picture.
